Subprocessors

Log10, Inc. uses the third-party service providers below (“subprocessors”) to deliver Everest. Each one processes customer data only to provide its service to Log10, under a written agreement that includes confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Everest is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-west-2, Oregon).

AI model providers
Everest sends prompts, document content and tool results to AI model providers to generate output. Which providers a workspace uses depends on the models and features enabled for it. Your agreement or order form states any restriction that applies to your workspace.

Changes to this list
We update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data. Customers with a data processing agreement receive advance notice of new subprocessors, and may object, as their agreement describes.
